Sexual orientation pride flags

Sexual orientation describes who someone is sexually attracted to. Many orientations have their own flag, and some have more than one as communities redesign them over time.

Some of these flags are decades old, like Michael Page's bisexual flag from 1998 and Sean Campbell's labrys lesbian flag from 1999. Others grew out of online communities in the 2010s, where people named their experiences and designed flags together, including the asexual, pansexual and graysexual flags.

Lesbian flags show how designs change: the 2010 lipstick flag gave way to the pink lesbian flag, and the orange-pink flag from 2018 is the one most widely used today. Each page explains the colors, the history, and where the facts come from.
